The company has a strong scientific and technological innovation ability, has a professional research institute. The Institute has formed a research department, information department, scientific research management department and professional analysis professional institutions with six directions, including polyether polyol, polymer polyether polyol (POP), chemical fiber additives, surfactants, pesticide additives and new materials. It has a team of scientific research talents with active academic ideas, professional technology, capable personnel and reasonable structure. It has undertaken dozens of national, provincial and ministerial projects, and has hundreds of proprietary technologies and 30 invention patents. The research institute is an important scientific research base in the field of surfactants and polyurethane in China. The institute has complete analytical facilities, such as infrared, ultraviolet, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometry, XRD, SEM, contact angle meter, surface tension meter, etc., as well as pilot and pilot equipment, such as 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 20L, 50L and 200L reactors. And with scientific research supporting the intermediate test workshop and polyurethane evaluation, agricultural surfactant evaluation, special additives evaluation application facilities, research and development work site completion in line with laboratory specifications. It has 228 professional and technical personnel and 78 R & D engineers, including 3 doctors, 16 graduate students, 53 undergraduates and 6 junior college students. Among them, Dr. Gao Hongfei is the third-level training object of the fourth phase of the "333 High-level Talent Training Project" in Jiangsu Province.
